Glencoe Park District's Annual Plant Sale

Building your garden is made easy with a helpful hand from the friendly staff at the Glencoe Park District Greenhouses! From Saturday, May 7 through June 4, the Greenhouses will be open for plant sales. This local gem is a unique place where you'll not only find a variety of plants, but you'll also meet other gardeners with whom you can share experiences.

Our horticulturist, Tom McDonald, will be on hand to fire up your enthusiasm for gardening, keep your project on a "hands-on" track, and teach you new techniques. He and the rest of the staff will answer your questions, solve problems, exchange information, and find resources for you.

The greenhouses are located behind the Takiff Center on Green Bay Rd. Enter the Takiff Center driveway that leads to the main entrance at the rear of the building. A second driveway marked by two brick columns leads to the greenhouses.
