Off Campus Writers' Workshop Presents - Jim O'Laughlin "Dialogue and Its Contexts in Fiction"

This workshop will explore several features of effective dialogue in fiction, in particular, the way it relies on and is structured by what’s unsaid, by various subtexts (Stone andNyren; Wood). The talk will also show how dialogue can be the center of a story.

Off Campus Writers' Workshop meets each Thursday, September to May. Outstanding authors, editors, and publishers present each week. Membership entitles you to reduced session fees, manuscript critiques, and additional summer programming. Non-members are welcome, too. The networking before and after each meeting is a added benefit.

Each OCWW workshop presents valuable information for writers in all genres.  Join us on a Thursday to help you on your quest to publish.
