Watch: Canine Massage Comes to Noah's Ark
Watch canine masseuse Pam Kasper give her adorable dog a massage.
Glencoe resident Pam Kasper is making North Shore dogs very happy with her new canine massage business. She recently opened a pooch masseuse parlor in Winnetka's Noah's Ark location after earning her certification from the National Board of Certification for Animal Acupuncture and Massage (NBCAAM).
"[Canine massage is] very similar to people," she explained. "Dogs have muscles too, just like we do. The difference is, you can explain your ailments - dogs can't. That's the big challenge. ... Your dog can't just say, 'hey, my neck is killing me.'"
