$5800 of Construction Equipment Stolen in Glencoe

The following arrest information was supplied by the Glencoe Public Safety Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Construction Burglary
Around $5800 of construction equipment — including power tools — were taken from a home on the 100 block of Brentwood Ave., which is being remodeled. The incident occurred between June 29 and July 1 and is currently under investigation.

Burglary
A home on the 500 block of Sheridan Ave. was burglarized on July 2, police reports state. Electronic equipment was taken.

Teen Drinking Party Busted
Four juveniles were arrested and cited with illegal consumption of alcohol when a teen drinking party was busted by police on July 5. The party was held on the 1100 block of Skokie Ridge Dr. A female, 17, from Glencoe, a male, 19, from Winnetka, a male, 18, from Winnetka and a male, 19, from Wilmette were arrested. They told police that 12 people were at the party, but eight left prior to the officer's arrival.

Burglary
A home on the 200 block of Wentworth Ave. was burglarized on July 9, police reports state. Someone from the cleaning service that cleans the home discovered the burglary. A computer and jewelry were taken from the home.

Stolen Bike
A silver 21-speed bike was removed from the Glencoe train station between July 11, according to Glencoe Public Safety reports. The bike is estimated to be worth $780.

Possession of Cannabis
Two juveniles were arrested and received citations on July 15 after being found with marijuana and alcohol at the intersection of Greebay Ave. and Woodlawn St., police reports state. A 16-year-old male from Glencoe was cited with minor possession of alcohol and turned over to his parents. A 15-year-old girl from Winnetka received a citation for possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams and turned over to her parents. The juveniles had two 30-packs of beer, with only 29 cans left over.

Traffic Violations
Macaela Lundquist, 23, from Wilmette is being charged with operating a motor vehicle with expired registration and a suspended license, police reports state. She was stopped by officers on the 100 block of Greenbay Rd. on July 12. Her court date is set for July 24.
