The Glencoe man accused of driving while intoxicated, careering across the road and then killing a young woman who had just gotten married is scheduled to go on trial Monday, according to the Lincolnshire Review.

John S. Warsaw, then 63, is accused of causing the 2012 head-on collision in Lincolnshire that killed Shruti Phandis, 26, who had been married the day before. Police at the time said he had Vicodin as well as alcohol in his system. He faces aggravated DUI and reckless homicide charges.
