Four New Trier Businesses Shut Their Doors

See which businesses in the area recently closed their doors for good, including Winnetka's Gray Clothing Store and Antique Emporium.

Winnetka’s Gray Clothing Store to Close After 12 Years - Owner Laura Schoch will be starting a new adventure and focusing on her fashion blog, laurastyle.com. "I decided to close my boutique and do something new," Schoch wrote on her blog. "I will always love the memory of the 12 years and everything I learned and all the amazing people I met but its time for me to fly."

Antique Emporium Closing After 40 Years
The Winnetka antique store on Green Bay Road closed last month — just a few doors down from the Gap that closed in January.

Wah Mei Chop Suey Closes Its Doors — The Wilmette landmark near the Linden CTA stop closed it's doors after 29 years, disappointing many locals.

Link's Sweet Bean Moves to Evanston
Although Link's tecnically isn't closing (it's moving to Evanston, thank goodness), the Wilmette location is no more. But their freshly roast coffee will still be available around the area, including at Whole Foods.
