Seeing Red: The Art and Life of Mark Rothko

The Tony Award-winning play Red premiers at the Goodman Theater this fall.  The play deals with a period in the life of American artist Mark Rothko.  Art historian Jeff Mishur will discuss Rothko's paintings and mural projects and situate Rothko’s work in the context of post-World War II American art.
