Art Workshop: Design your own Kinder-Cone

It's hard to believe it's that time already..the start of school! When children in Germany set off for their first day of school their families present them with a Schultute--a colorful cone that they fill with sweets, school supplies and small gifts. This gift-giving tradition is a great way to commemorate the beginning of a child's school experience. We at leoleno would like to share this tradition with you and your child in a special workshop we are offering in the store on Sat Aug 20th ($10 for material costs). In the workshop we will learn how children in different countries celebrate the first day of school and each child will get the chance to decorate and take home his/her very own Schultute...otherwise known as the Kinder-Cone.  We hope you will join us!!
