Why Go:  Stuff yourself to the gills at the all-you-can eat fish fry, every Friday until April 22. The buffet raises money for American Legion 791 and includes a cash bar.
Pricing: Starts at $10.95 w/child’s menu of $6.95.

Why Go: Next to a roaring fire in the Grand Parlor of the Margarita European Inn, you can enjoy traditional teas, scones and pastries with friends and family.

Why Go: Chicago land’s opera singers all in one place, belting out melodies to raise money for Connections for the Homeless and the Unitarian Church of Evanston.
Pricing: $20 in advance; $22 at door.
