Why Go: Gale Gand visits the culinary center to show off her recent recipes from her latest cookbook. Gand is a nationally acclaimed pastry chef, cookbook author, television personality and the executive pastry chef and partner of the renowned four-star restaurant Tru. Admission cost for the event will be donated to the Whole Planet Foundation. Registration is required.
