Lunching in Style: A Benefit for North Shore Senior Center at Vi at the Glen

NORTHFIELD --- In support of the programs and services offered by North Shore Senior Center, Vi at the Glen will host an elegant five-course lunch and wine pairing.

Vi at the Glen, 2500 Indigo Lane, will host “Toast & Taste: A Five-Star Lunch at the Vi” at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, as a Benefit for North Shore Senior Center. Sam Nano, Director of Dining Services and Wine Sommelier, will present and pair appropriate wines throughout the various courses of the meal. Executive Chef Shep Drinkwater and Pastry Chef Michael Beltran created the impressive menu, featuring Osetra Caviar, Filet Mignon, North Sea Halibut and Michael’s Chocolate Obsession.
