Glencoe Resident Authors Article in Illinois Bar Journal

Jonah Orlofsky, a resident of Glencoe, principal of the Law Offices of Jonah Orlofsky, is the author of “Unsettled Settlements: Understanding Mediation Agreements,” an article which appears in the August 2013 issue of the Illinois Bar Journal, the monthly magazine of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA). 

In the article, the author, a certified mediator in Cook and Will counties and member of the Association of Attorney Mediators, examines some of the most common and important provisions of the mediation agreement, which can be a key factor in resolving disputes that arise out of the mediation itself.
