The Annual Shabbat B’que at North Shore Congregation Israel for New and Prospective Members

Current and prospective preschool families are invited to the North Shore Congregation Shabbat B’que to celebrate and learn more about the newly named The Preschool @ NSCI, formerly Gates of Learning.  Children of all ages can plant seeds and decorate flower pots, watch balloon entertainment and receive giveaways featuring The Preschool @ NSCI’s new logo and mission statement.  Activities begin at 4:30 pm for a tour of the preschool, with the Family Shabbat B’que at 5:00 pm, featuring the official unveiling of the new preschool logo and to announce the reasons behind the new mission statement, followed by Kabbalat Shabbat Services.  Gates of Learning alumni are also invited to join the celebration.

The Shabbat B’que and services are open to anyone interested (adults, singles, families with school age children) in learning more about North Shore Congregation Israel -- tours of the building and the opportunity to meet the clergy and membership will be available as well.

For more information, please call Ellen L. Grossman, Preschool Director at 847.835.0724, ext. 637, or log onto www.thepreschoolatnsci.org.
