A monthly musical performance sponsored by the Friends of the Library. This month, join legendary jazz saxophonist, Skinny Williams, in a trio show that will have your toes tappin' and your head bobbin'! Skinny will explore jazz, blues, and Gospel music with honky-tonk saxophone, boogie-woogie piano and gospel vocals.

The Northfield Branch of the Winnetka-Northfield Public Library District stocks literature, audio books, films and periodicals. The Northfield branch shares space with the post office one block south of Willow Road.
The library hosts activities and clubs for children, along with book clubs and discussion groups for adults. Classes in Microsoft Office and social networking are also available to the public.
Library card holders have access to online resources for history, foreign languages, health and science, business, local history, genealogy, e-books, computer skills, encyclopedias and dictionaries, homework tools and periodicals.
