Join Benvenuti and Stein and Beth Aldrich, local Board Certified Health Counselor, Culinarian and Author of the book, Real Moms Love to Eat: How to Conduct a Love
Affair with Food, Lose Weight and Feel Fabulous for a hands-on series of 4 Skinny Cooking Classes, developed for the busy woman who wants to eat for health while still looking and feeling fabulous. The classes will offer samples of each recipe prepared, plus a snack to nosh on during the class and can accommodate 4-15 participants, ages 18-118!
Each week, Beth will share healthy eating tips, recipe demonstrations and techniques for a different meal of the day: Week 1 Breakfast, Week 2 Lunch and Appetizers,
Week 3 Dinner, Week 4 Desserts
The goal of the class is to teach participants approaches to eating that will support weight loss and optimum health.

Cost:
1-3 classes: $40 for each class
All 4 classes: $150
