DESCRIPTION:GLENCOE&mdash\;Senior Fitness Start Up!--a new exercise class
  co-sponsored by Family Service of Glencoe and the Glencoe Park District
 &mdash\;is helping seniors gain strength and find their balance.\nThe cl
 ass designed specifically for men and women over 50 is being led by nati
 onally known strength conditioning expert and personal trainer Mark Cibr
 ario and his assistant\, Patricia Olsen-Prescott.\n&ldquo\;The aim of th
 e class is to increase stability\, mobility and strength\,&rdquo\; said 
 Cibrario\,a   leading authority on functional movement training and lift
 ing technique.&nbsp\; &ldquo\;We&rsquo\;re concentrating on quality of l
 ife movement patterns help older men and women move better and feel bett
 er\,&rdquo\; he said.\nCibrario\, who has been recognized as one of the&
 nbsp\;top 55 trainers in the U.S. by the American Association of Persona
 l Trainers\, sees positive change in participants in as little as a sess
 ion. &nbsp\;The hour-long class takes place on Wednesday afternoons from
  2 to 3 p.m.\, at the Glencoe Park District&rsquo\;s Takiff Center\, 999
  Green Bay Road. Participants are welcome to join the class at any time 
 and pay as they go.&nbsp\; The fee for each class session is $20. To reg

 ommunity members across the age spectrum. Glencoe resident and FSG Advis
 ory Board member&nbsp\;Lois Scheyer\, in partnership with FSG staff\, co
 mmissioned Cibrario to design the fitness program after attending a rece
 nt Family Service workshop on senior&nbsp\;wellness with FSG therapist J
 oan Merlo\, LCSW.\nAbout Family Service of Glencoe: Family Service of Gl
