Romance is one of the hottest-selling genres on the fiction market. Whether you’re new to writing, new to romance, or looking to strengthen your skills, this 6-session workshop can help take you to the next level. Each week students will focus on:

- Learning the unique structure of a romance novel

- Creating memorable characters and settings

- Turning your story into a page turner

- Conquering those hard to write love scenes

During the first half of the course, students will develop short scenes through writing exercises and prompts. The second half will be spent sharing these scenes and receiving helpful feedback.

We will also spend time discussing the publishing and marketing world of romance.
