Victor Goines is a saxophone and clarinet virtuoso and member of the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra (under the direction of Wynton Marsallis). He is also Director of Northwestern University's Jazz Studies Program.

This non-denominational church calls itself "a house of worship for all people." It has been at its current location since 1936 but added on to the original building in 1997. Winnetka Congregational has plenty of room for its congregation with a sanctuary and chapel.
