Kim Schaf, M.A.T., Founder and President of Sleep Training Solutions and Certified Child Sleep Consultant, will offer this comprehensive and interactive seminar to help parents solve their child’s specific sleep problems, including issues with:

  • bedtime
  • nightwakings
  • naptime
  • early rising

Parents will learn about the special sleep needs of infants and toddlers, the negative effects of carrying a sleep debt, how to develop a fun and practical bedtime routine, and common pitfalls that hinder healthy sleep. Parents will complete a questionnaire prior to the seminar on their current sleep issues and take home a personalized Sleep Plan based on their own unique situation that can be implemented immediately to solve their child’s sleep issues.

For parents with children ages 3 months-3 years.

Cost includes questionnaire, Sleep Plan and 10 days of unlimited email support.

Preregistration is required.
