EARLIER: Flour on the Floor: So Much to Be Thankful For
The author of Flour on the Floor made the crescent pastry with her daughter this month, as rugelach is traditionally enjoyed during the Hannukah season.
In this video, Rothbard follows the recipe from Baking Illustrated: The Practical Kitchen Companion For The Home Baker. Read her blog post about it here.

This Mom & daughter video-baking feature was concise, fun and so informative. Both were great in front of the camera. This has the right mix of humor, education & family-holiday cheer. The finish goodie looked so yummy that I wish there was smell-a-vision so I could have also had the aroma experience of the cookies baking waft through my home, too. Wonderful. Diane, Wesley group
