Northfield Police Blotter: Burglary, Indecency, Tresspassing

Public exposure

Police received a report on July 11 that a man had gotten off his bike to urinate not far from the intersection at Willow Road and Lagoon Drive. When they showed up to investigate, the man had left the scene.

Battery

 A woman told police on July 11 that she was beaten by another member of her household in the 1900 block of Old Willow Road. No charges have been pressed yet. 

Attempted burglary

On July 12, police found a wall that had been kicked through in the 200 block of Northfield Road. The building was vacant, and the perpetrator did not appear to have gained entry.

Burglary from motor vehicle

Someone broke into a vehicle in the 2200 block of Birchwood Lane during the overnight hours of July 15, but they took nothing.

A thief stole an iPad and a messenger bag during the overnight hours of July 15 from a car parked in the 300 block of Jeffrey Lane. The missing items were worth $600.

Trespass

Someone took the registration and insurance papers out of an unlocked vehicle during the overnight hours of July 15 in the 300 block of Graemere Street. Police found the documents scattered near the intersection of Dickens Road and Bosworth Lane.
