The following reports were provided by the Northfield Police Department. 

Accident

On March 5, near the intersection of Willow Road and Lockwood Avenue, an officer noticed a damaged stop sign with debris from a Ford motor vehicle in the area, but no other other signs of an offending vehicle, according to police. A search of the area produced no results, police say. 

Suspicious Person

On March 14, Northbrook police assisted a Glencoe Public Safety call and helped search for someone in the area of W. Frontage Road and Tower Road, where a suspicious person was sighted traveling on foot around closed office buildings around 11:30 p.m.
